These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website FriendsWithBenefits.co.in (the "Platform"), including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the Platform. The Platform is operated by FriendsWithBenefits ("we," "our," or "us").

By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

FriendsWithBenefits is an adults-only platform. This means:

• All users must be 18 years of age or older. No exceptions.
• We may employ age-verification measures, including but not limited to requesting identification documents, to confirm a user's age where we have concerns.
• We reserve the right to immediately and permanently terminate any account where we suspect the user is under 20, without prior notice and without liability.
• If we discover that a user under 20 has created an account, we will delete all associated data from our systems.
• If you become aware of an underage user on the Platform, please report it immediately via our contact form or by emailing support@FriendsWithBenefits.co.in.

Acceptable Use

The Platform exists to help adults in India connect for friends-with-benefits dating built on mutual respect, privacy, and honest boundaries. You agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose and in accordance with these Terms.

The following uses of the Platform are expressly prohibited:

• Commercial use: Using the Platform to promote, market, or sell any products, services, or businesses. This includes advertising escort services, promoting other websites or platforms, soliciting payment for companionship, or engaging in any form of sex work.
• Data scraping: Using any automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers, scripts) to access, collect, or extract data from the Platform without our express written permission.

• Circumventing security: Attempting to bypass, disable, or interfere with any security features of the Platform or any features that restrict use or copying of content.
• Overloading the Platform: Engaging in any activity that places an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.
• Reverse engineering: Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise extract the source code of the Platform.

User Conduct

Our community works because people treat each other with respect. As a user of the Platform, you agree to:

• Communicate honestly: Be truthful about your identity, intentions, and what you are looking for. Misrepresentation undermines the trust that makes the Platform work.
• Respect boundaries: If someone says no — to a conversation, a meeting, a topic, or anything else — respect that. Consent is specific, ongoing, and reversible.
• Follow our Community Guidelines: Our Community Guidelines set out the standards of behaviour we expect from every member. Read them and follow them.
• Respect privacy: Do not share other users' personal information, conversations, photos, or profile details outside the Platform without their explicit consent.
• Engage in good faith: Use the Platform to make genuine connections. Do not use it to catfish, prank, harass, or waste other people's time.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action — including warning, suspending, or permanently terminating accounts — against any user who violates these conduct expectations.

Account Responsibility

When you create an account on the Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep your profile information up to date.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised by you or not.
• Notify us immediately at support@FriendsWithBenefits.co.in if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.
• Not share your account with anyone else or allow anyone else to access the Platform using your credentials.
• Not create more than one account without our express permission.
• Not transfer or sell your account to another person.
• Take full responsibility for your interactions with other users. While we provide a platform for connection, we do not screen users, verify background information, or conduct criminal checks as a matter of routine.

Content Rules

The Platform allows you to create a profile, upload photos, and send messages to other users. You retain ownership of the content you create, but by posting it on the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with operating the Platform.

When posting content on the Platform — including in your profile, photos, and messages — you agree not to post:

• Explicit public content: Nude, sexually explicit, or pornographic images in public-facing areas such as profile photos. (Private messages between consenting users are governed by our messaging policies, but we may still remove content that violates our terms.)
• Hate speech: Content that attacks, demeans, or promotes violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, caste, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
• Impersonation: Content that misrepresents your identity, including using someone else's photos, pretending to be a different person, or creating a fake profile.
• Spam or scams: Repetitive, unsolicited, or commercial messages. Links to external sites for promotional purposes. Requests for money, financial information, or other scams.
• Private information of others: Sharing another person's personal information (name, address, phone number, workplace, etc.) without their consent.
• Violent or threatening content: Any content that threatens, intimidates, or promotes violence against any person.
• Illegal content: Any content that violates applicable laws.

We reserve the right to review, remove, or restrict any content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines. We may also report illegal content to the appropriate authorities.

Prohibited Behaviour

Beyond content rules, the following behaviours are strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Harassment: Persistent unwanted contact, abusive messages, or behaviour that makes another user feel unsafe or unwelcome.
• Stalking: Tracking, monitoring, or following another user's activity in a way that is intrusive, unwanted, or intimidating — whether on or off the Platform.
• Threats: Threatening physical harm, blackmail, or other forms of intimidation against any user.
• Hate speech: Promoting violence, discrimination, or hostility against any individual or group.
• Financial scams: Soliciting money, gifts, financial assistance, or banking details from other users under any pretext.
• Impersonation: Pretending to be someone else, including using fake photos, fake names, or false biographical details.
• Sharing private information: Publishing or distributing another user's personal information, private conversations, photos, or any identifying details without explicit consent.
• Posting explicit content publicly: Sharing sexually explicit images or content in public areas of the Platform.
• Illegal activity: Using the Platform to facilitate or engage in any activity that violates applicable law.
• Encouraging others to violate these Terms: Directing, encouraging, or assisting another user to violate any of these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

Engaging in any of these behaviours may result in immediate account suspension or termination, reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate, and permanent bans from creating new accounts.

Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources that are not owned or controlled by FriendsWithBenefits. This may include links shared by other users in their profiles or messages. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for:

• The content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party websites or resources.
• The privacy policies, data practices, or terms of service of third-party websites.
• Any products, services, or information offered by third parties.
• Any damage or loss caused by or in connection with your use of or reliance on any third-party content, goods, or services.

We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party websites you visit. Your interactions with third-party websites are solely between you and that third party.

Disclaimer

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FriendsWithBenefits disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy of profiles: While we take verification and profile integrity seriously, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or authenticity of any user profile, photo, or communication on the Platform. Users are responsible for exercising their own judgment when interacting with others.
• User intentions: We do not guarantee that other users share your intentions, will behave appropriately, or will genuinely want the type of connection they describe.
• Connection outcomes: We do not guarantee that using the Platform will result in successful connections, meetings, or relationships of any kind.
• Uninterrupted service: We do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We may need to take the Platform offline for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control.
• Personal safety: While we provide safety guidance and security features, we cannot guarantee your personal safety when interacting with or meeting other users. Dating and meeting people — whether through a platform or otherwise — carries inherent risks. We provide tools and guidance to help you manage those risks, but we cannot eliminate them entirely.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FriendsWithBenefits, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses.
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Platform.
• Damages resulting from any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform, including defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct.
• Damages resulting from interactions, meetings, or relationships between users — whether online or in person.
• Damages resulting from unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
• Damages arising from any dispute between users.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the amount you have paid to FriendsWithBenefits (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Termination

These Terms remain in effect for as long as you use the Platform.

Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to the Platform, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
• Conduct that we believe, in our sole discretion, is harmful to other users, the Platform, or our reputation.
• Fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive activity.
• Extended inactivity on your account.
• Any other reason at our reasonable discretion, where we believe termination is necessary to protect the Platform, our users, or our interests.

If we terminate your account for a violation of these Terms, you may not create a new account without our express permission.

Termination by You

You may delete your account at any time, for any reason, through your account settings or by contacting us at support@FriendsWithBenefits.co.in. Upon account deletion:

• Your profile will be removed from the Platform.
• Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Any obligations or liabilities you incurred prior to termination (including any outstanding payments, if applicable) will survive termination.

Survival

The following sections of these Terms shall survive termination: Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Content Rules (to the extent they relate to content you have posted), Governing Law, and any other provisions that by their nature should reasonably survive termination.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the Platform, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
• Post a prominent notice on the Platform (such as a banner, pop-up, or in-app notification) for a reasonable period before the changes take effect.
• Where the changes are significant and we have your contact information, send you an email notification.
